01 — Build

Custom website and app development, built in Philadelphia

Designed and hand-built on the platform your team can actually run. We’re a Philadelphia studio building on WordPress, Next.js, Shopify or HubSpot CMS — with SEO structure, tracking and conversion thinking baked in from the first wireframe.

What’s included

What a custom website build includes

Custom WordPress

Hand-built themes, blocks and plugins. Editable by your team, and still passing Core Web Vitals a year later.

Next.js & headless

React front ends on Vercel for sites that need speed, dynamic content or hundreds of programmatic pages.

Custom web apps

Portals, calculators, booking tools, dashboards and internal tools built around how your business actually runs.

Ecommerce builds

Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts with taxonomy, merchandising and checkout designed to convert.

UI/UX & design systems

Interface design, motion and a component library, so the build looks like the comp because we drew the comp.

Migrations & replatforms

Off a page builder or a dead agency site. Redirects mapped, rankings held, nothing quietly dropped.

How it runs

STAGE 03

Build

Development on a live staging URL you can watch, with weekly check-ins and written notes.

STAGE 04

QA & launch

Speed, schema, accessibility and device testing, then launch with tracking live from hour one.

Questions

Straight answers.

Most marketing sites run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Custom apps and large ecommerce builds run longer, and we give you a date in the scope before you sign.

Depends on who is editing it and how dynamic it needs to be. If your team publishes weekly, WordPress usually wins. If you need speed at scale or programmatic pages, Next.js does.

Yes. Your domain, your hosting, your repository, your accounts. Nothing is licensed to us.

Yes, and we will flag anything in it that is working against conversion before we build on top of it.

Most marketing sites land between $7,500 and $20,000 depending on page count, custom functionality and whether you’re migrating. Ecommerce and custom apps are scoped separately. You get a fixed number before anything starts, not an hourly estimate that drifts.

Yes, and it’s the part most rebuilds get wrong. We map every existing URL, match it to its replacement, and deploy 301 redirects at launch. We also keep the page structure and content that’s already earning traffic rather than rewriting everything for the sake of it.

We can do both. We build custom themes and blocks rather than stacking a builder on a template. Builders make the first month easy and the next three years slow. If you already run one and it’s working, we’ll tell you honestly whether replacing it is worth the money.

Less than you’d think. Bring your logo, any brand assets, and a rough sense of what the site needs to make happen. We handle sitemap, keyword mapping, wireframes and copy direction as part of discovery.

Ready to scope it?

Thirty minutes on a call and we’ll tell you the scope, the price and the date.
